Problem

A small broker agency needed a way to communicate market changes and other important business events to their clients with the possibility to do it 24/7, even if the clients are offline.

Solution

We decided to go with pre-tuned SMS alerts that can be set upon customers' preferences and notify them of specific changes in the market that can influence their portfolio. This type of alert was chosen specifically for its possibility to work offline while the MNO antenna signal is still available.
